From a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s collaborative engineering culture to an overview of Healthgrades’ take on hackathons, content was tailored to this in-demand segment.

“Built In’s recruiting platform extends well beyond the website,” says Truax. “We find as much value in the face-to-face events as we do in the website — it’s a total package.”

Toward that end, 800+ local candidates attended the recruitment events Built In produced in partnership with the company.

The Results

This approach delivered three software engineer hires within the first two months of membership, smashing the national average time to hire by more than 75%.


“Naturally I expected results to show ROI, but not as quickly as it actually happened, which was icing on the cake for us,” says Truax.
