Kylie brings more than 10 years of experience in the recruitment and employer branding space to Index. She has also completed two employer branding certificate programs to build expertise in the space and takes part in various professional groups to stay connected and up to date on current trends.

During her career, Victoria has loved seeing the evolution of employer branding and the growth of the global community. She is thrilled to be involved in recognizing the individuals, teams and companies who are making an incredible impact with their employer branding.
Head of Employer Brand + Recruitment Marketing
After working in event management and concert production at Pandora for a few years Rian Finnegan tumbled into the world of employer brand, recruitment marketing, and employee experience. They’ve worked in this space for the last eight years and haven’t looked back! They find it so rewarding to tell the stories of the people behind companies and products and to reinforce the elements that make a culture unique. They live Beacon, NY (about 90min north of NYC) with their partner Colleen and cats Cheddar Biscuit and Apple. When they’re not working you can find them gardening, hiking, making dinners with friends, posting up with a good book on their front porch, or helping their partner sell pastries at farmers markets on the weekends. She’s an incredible baker—truly a blessing and a curse.
Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing
Deniz is the Senior Manager of Recruitment Marketing at Instacart where she works to amplify the company’s award winning culture across all platforms. A marketer in her former life, she made the jump to employer branding 10 years ago (an excellent decision, if we may say so) where she applies her branding and campaign development experience to the entire recruiting funnel. Deniz is a candidate experience advocate and passionate storyteller who focuses on getting the right content in front of the right audience at the right time to help Instacart attract and close top talent at scale.
Prior to joining Instacart in 2020, she built and led the global employer branding function at both Lever and Eventbrite. Deniz also co-hosts a monthly employer brand meetup that brings together practitioners to share best practices and talk shop. When not brainstorming ways to engage and tell stories about teams, she can be found riding her bike around Brooklyn in search of the perfect Manhattan and petting other people’s dogs.
Manager, Corporate Employer Branding
At Dynatrace, Betsie manages corporate employer branding and recruitment marketing for their offices around the world. Betsie and her team focus on building internal relationships and external partnerships to promote the #DynatraceLife through innovative marketing assets and content. Outside of work, Betsie can be found at thrift shops, studying holistic health or exploring her new home near Lake Michigan!

Jason Jones is a skilled marketer, strategist, and DEI champion. Driven by his passion for change, he takes pride in providing candidates with the best talent marketing experiences possible. As the Director of Employer Branding, his goals include elevating Refine Labs’ employment brand across various digital platforms and establishing the company as a talent destination. Jason enjoys spending time with his partner, traveling, playing golf, and snowboarding outside work.
Talent Attraction Strategist
Stephanie is a seasoned Talent Attraction Strategist with 15 years of combined industry experience. In her previous role as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand Strategy at Exelon, a Fortune 100 energy company, Stephanie designed and activated the company’s first formalized EVP and Employer Brand. In 2021, she began working as an independent contractor, enabling her to partner with a range of cross-industry clients on a variety of strategic employer brand projects and temporary assignments. She is currently serving in an interim capacity as Head of Employer Brand at MarketAxess. Stephanie holds a BA from Yale University and an MS in Strategic Brand Communication from University of Illinois. When she’s not talking EB, she enjoys exploring Chicago’s extensive culinary offerings, teaching barre fitness classes, and spending time with her rescue chihuahua, Porkchop.
Senior Manager, Talent Brand Marketing
Lane Sutton is the Senior Manager, Talent Brand Marketing at Comcast Advertising and its two brands, FreeWheel and Effectv. In his role, he is focused on building employer brand awareness, attracting, and engaging talent. Before joining Comcast Advertising, he led recruitment marketing at Walmart for Corporate, attracting the best talent and enabling the future of retail at the world’s largest employer. Lane has also worked with brands including HubSpot, Disney, TripAdvisor, and Sprinklr on social media, marketing, and employer brand. He’s been featured in Forbes, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, and Adweek. When not working, you can find him traveling, cooking, or hiking.

Cassie Wilensky is the Employer Brand Manager at Maven Clinic, the largest virtual clinic for women’s and family health, offering continuous, holistic care for fertility, pregnancy and parenting. At Maven, she’s worked to help build an inclusive talent attraction strategy, with focus on expanding Maven’s provider and engineering orgs to meet an increase in lives served in 2023 and beyond.
Cassie has been immersed in the world of employer brand, talent attraction, and retention for nearly six years, working across tech, healthcare, non-profits, and consumer brands to redefine the employee-employer experience. She’s helped create employer brand and recruitment marketing frameworks used across Fortune 500 companies to measure and propel employer brand perception, awareness, performance, and competitive intelligence.
She lives in the NJ suburbs of NYC with her husband, two daughters, and two cats.

Chantrell Williams is a creative strategist, designer, and marketer who is passionate about storytelling, problem-solving, and people. Over the past 16 years, Chantrell has worked with leading companies across various industries including Architecture & Interior Design (Gensler, HOK, IA Interior Architects), Healthcare (HCA Healthcare), Tech (Asana), and currently Retail where she leads employer talent branding at REI. She holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Louisiana Tech University.
