Built In’s newest awards program: The LGBTQIA+ Advocacy Awards recognizes employers who excel in creating an inclusive workplace for its LGBTQIA+ employees.
Companies recognized in this program have dedicated tactics for hiring, retaining and engaging LGBTQIA+ talent. Their offerings as an employer go beyond the basics of what is expected to create a workplace where LGBTQIA+ employees can bring their whole selves to work and be met with an equitable workplace.
