Celebrate Inclusive workplaces

2022 LGBTQIA+ Advocacy Awards Are Now Open.

We are thrilled to announce Built In’s newest awards program: The LGBTQIA+ Advocacy Awards. This program recognizes employers who excel in creating an inclusive workplace for its LGBTQIA+ employees.

Companies looking to be recognized in this program must have dedicated tactics for hiring, retaining and engaging LGBTQIA+ talent. Their offerings as an employer must go beyond the basics of what is expected to create a workplace where LGBTQIA+ employees can bring their whole selves to work and be met with an equitable workplace.

Nominations will be accepted from all US-based companies who complete the nomination form before the deadline of May 31. It does not cost anything to submit a nomination.

From now until May 31, we encourage you to nominate a company who excels in creating an inclusive workplace for its LGBTQIA+ employees.
