Angie Cucco, who hails from Northern Michigan, has spent the past 16 years working as a digital advertising expert at Google. Working at Google in “The Motor City” means that she has worked with many large automotive advertisers, including Stellantis, Ford, Nissan, GM, Kelley Blue Book, Cars.com and countless others.
Before coming to work at Google, Angie spent several years living and working in Italy, and continues to spend a lot of time there. Currently, she specializes in automotive retail: educating and consulting with dealers on everything from SEM to programmatic buying to video strategies.

As queer, latinx, and a daughter of an immigrant, her life’s mission is to develop people-first HR policies to go beyond tokenism and build an inclusive, anti-racist workplace.
She has been featured in Fast Company, the Wall Street Journal, and invited to speak on several podcasts about HR disruption and innovation and has been invited to keynote events such as the Women in Tech Festival, Silicon Valley Organization, Siemens Digital Summit, Sharp Heels Conference for Women in Business.

Majaliwa Bass is the Vice President of Product Marketing at Thomson Reuters, responsible for managing their tax software portfolio of products. In her role, she helps drive the power and scale of Thomson Reuters to best serve their customers. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters, Majaliwa held several positions of increasing responsibility including leading product marketing at Johnson & Johnson, Frito-Lay, and Intuit and product management at QuickBooks, Capital One, and Cox Automotive.
Her daily intention is to inspire those around her to push beyond the status quo. Over the years, this has resulted in Majaliwa establishing a reputation as a leader that builds better businesses through data-driven insights, ruthless prioritization, developing the best teams, and accelerating an organization’s ability to adapt and innovate.
Majaliwa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Bonusly’s VP of People Operations, Vicki Yang, has nearly 20 years of experience in human resources across different industries and roles, from non-profits to high-growth technology. She loves building up the incremental value of individuals and teams within an organization via leadership and coaching strategies.
